Credit card details are required to secure your reservation. Should you wish to cancel a reservation prior to arrival 72 hours notice is required. In the event of Druids Glen Resort not being notified of a cancellation, the first night's accommodation will automatically be charged to your credit card. This also applies to modifications within 72 hours prior to arrival.

Advance purchase reservations require full prepayment at the time of booking. These reservations are non-transferable & non-refundable.

Our Christmas & New Years Eve packages require a non-refundable deposit of €100 per person at the time of booking. You will be contacted directly by the hotels reservations department to arrange the remaining payment by 1st November.

Our Druids Glen Guest Care Journey has been developed in line with the World Health Organisation and industry best practices, which are designed to ensure that you have a comfortable, memorable and safe experience with us. During your stay, several elements of your experience have been adapted. These measures such as physical distancing, minimising guest to guest contact and team member to guest contact, hygiene etiquette such as hand sanitising and use of PPE are employed to ensure your safety, comfort and peace of mind so that you may fully relax and enjoy your experience with us.

Please note, we will require evidence from international guests that they have quarantined for 14 days upon entering the country. This does not apply to guests travelling within the island of Ireland (i.e. guests resident in Ireland or Northern Ireland).
